When can I visit Floating University?

The Floating University is now closed.
The Floating University was open to the public during the Open Weeks:

Open Weeks
Spring May 4-20 2018
Summer June 29 –July 15 2018
Fall August 31 – September 15 2018

Opening Hours
Monday closed, except workshops with registration
Tuesday – Friday, 2 pm – 8 pm*
Saturday and Sunday, 11 am – 8 pm*

Workshops were held all-day from 11 am – 5 pm with a collective lunch break*. People could register for their favorite workshops via e-mail info@floatinguniversity.org. The number of participants is limited. There will be a participation fee.

Tours were held on Saturdays hourly from 3 pm – 5 pm, or arranged on request.

What does it cost to participate in the Floating University?

Lectures and daily events
Day ticket: 5/3€ incl. VAT *
Semester ticket: 100/50€ incl. VAT * or more (patron tickets)

Workshops
Open Weeks Workshops: 10/6€ incl. VAT* (per day)
Workshops for kids and teenagers: 5/3€ incl. VAT *.

*Discounts for students, pensioners, unemployed and ALGII- receivers, handicapped people and refugees. Reduced prices are granted if the corresponding document is shown.

How can I participate in the Floating University?

The Workshops within the Open Weeks Program were open to everybody interested. Whoever wanted to participate in one (or more) workshops, registered via e-mail: info@floatinguniversity.org. We will send you all necessary information.
